Tickets sold through the Trip.com platform during this public sale are pre-sale tickets. Physical tickets must be collected and presented for admission.

Before purchasing, you may provide your delivery address in advance. Please note that the postage fee will be borne by the purchaser. The tickets will be mailed to your designated address before the performance date. The actual delivery schedule will be subject to the notification from the relevant courier service.

Except for FANCLUB priority tickets, all other ticket types will not have assigned *queuing numbers* . 實體票須知 Physical Ticket Notice

1、經攜程購票者須換領實體門票入場。

Users who purchase tickets via Trip.com must exchange their tickets for physical tickets for admission.

2、購票前可預先填寫收貨地址，惟郵寄費用需由買家自付，門票將於演出前郵寄至您的收貨地址，具體依對應速運通知為準，請您妥善保管好演出門票，若出現門票遺失情況，主辦方及平臺概不負責。

Before purchasing, you may provide your delivery address in advance. Please note that the postage fee will be borne by the purchaser. 3、2026年9月11日上午11時後購票者，須於演出當日攜同購票憑證到「取票處」換領門票。[取票處]之確實位置，請以後續發出的短訊通知為準。建議閣下妥善安排時間，避開繁忙時段換領門票，以免長時間等候。

Customers who purchase tickets after 11:00 AM on September 11, 2026 must bring their purchase confirmation to the “Ticket Collection Counter” on the day of the performance to collect their tickets.

The exact location of the [Ticket Collection Counter] will be announced in a subsequent SMS notification. Please arrange your time accordingly and avoid peak periods for ticket collection to prevent long waiting times.

4、一張實體門票只限一人使用。

Each physical ticket is valid for one person only.

5、訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。

No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.

6、每張門票需要加上 HK$12 平台服務費。所有已繳付的服務費或任何手續費於任何情況下均不獲退還。

An additional booking fee of HK$12 is applicable to each ticket. All booking fees or any handling fees charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.

場地公告 Venue Notice

1、觀眾年齡及身高限制: 企位區只限12歲或以上 及身高不少於140厘米之人士。

Age restriction: Aged 12 or above and with a height of no less than 140cm are permitted for the standing zone.

2、每張門票只供一人進場 入場時必須持有有效門票正本進入。

Each ticket admits one person only A valid ticket must be provided for admission.

3、觀眾一旦離開場館 將不得再次重新入場。

No re-entry is allowed once the patron exits TIDES.

4、入場前需進行安全檢查。

Full Bag Search before admission.

5、嚴禁攜帶任何體積超過 38 X 30 X 20 厘米的袋/盒/行李。

No Bags/ Boxes/ Luggage Larger Than 38 x 30 x 20 cm allowed.

6、嚴禁攜帶任何專業攝影器材/平板電腦/ 自拍棍/錄音器材/攝影器材/三腳架。

No Professional Cameras/ Tablets/ Selfie Sticks/ Recording Devices/ Tripods allowed.

7、所有橫額/標誌不能大於A4尺寸。

No Fan banners/ signs larger than A4 Size is allowed.

8、不准攜帶外來食品及飲品。

No outside food and beverage.

9、嚴禁攜帶玻璃瓶/杯、鋁罐、保溫瓶/杯及便攜式水瓶。

No disposable plastic, glass or thermal bottles/cups, aluminum cans or bottles permitted.

10、嚴禁攜帶任何可能用作武器或可能危害健康、人身安全或安全狀況的物品、物件或物質，例如壓縮氣體或噴劑容器或酸性、易燃、可燃或染色物質。

No inflated objects, hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed.

11、嚴禁攜帶摺凳/椅子/腳踏/摺梯/長傘。

No Folding Stools/ Chairs/ Footrests/Ladders/ Long Umbrella allowed.

12、嚴禁觀眾站立於座椅上。

Standing on chairs are not permitted.

13、嚴禁充氣物體（即氣球）、任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：直升機模型、無人機）。

No inflated objects, balloons or remote-controlled aerial device or toy (e.g. model helicopters or drones).

14、場館嚴禁吸煙。

Smoking and Vaping is prohibited in TIDES.

15、演出部分段落或出現閃光或煙霧效果。

Strobe lighting effect and smoke may be used during performance.

16、嚴禁任何未獲授權的拍攝、錄影或錄音。

Unauthorised photography, filming or recording are strictly prohibited.

17、嚴禁任何動物（警犬及導盲犬除外）。

No animals (except police dog / assist dog).

18、場地管理方不能保證觀眾的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。

Venue cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstructions during an event.

 

注意事項Terms & Conditions

1、購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。

Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all rules and regulations if you complete your order.

2、請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非正式授權售票之渠道、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及票務平台概不負責。

To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and platform will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.

3、已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.

4、不論年齡，一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管購買之門票。

Each ticket admits one person only regardless of age. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your ticket safe.

5、如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的記錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，票務平台有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，票務平台保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。

If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, platform has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.

6、活動相關資訊變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。

The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.

7、如有任何爭議，主辦單位及票務平台保留一切最終決定權。

In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and platform shall be final.
